Odisha Livelihoods Mission Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 1115 Vacancies
Odisha Livelihoods Mission (OLM) under Department of Mission Shakti, Government of Odisha has released an online notification for recruitment of 1115 contractual posts at State, District and Block Level. The vacancies include 57 various posts for candidates having Post Graduate, Graduate and others qualifications with relevant experience.
The online application process will commence from 6th November 2026 and interested candidates can apply till 5th December 2026 (till 11:55 PM).
The selection will be done through Computer Based Test (CBT). After that provisional merit list will be prepared and documents will be verified.

Educational Requirements
The educational requirements and experience required will vary depending on what role you're applying for.
Some of the education requirements listed were-
- Postgraduate/Masters Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce.
- MBA in relevant areas.
- Master of Social Work (MSW).
- PG in Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary Science/Fisheries.
- Rural Development/Rural Management/Agribusiness Management.
- M.Com/MBA Finance/MA Economics.
- MCA/MSc IT/Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science/Fisheries.
- B.Com with PGDCA or equivalent for specific MIS roles.
Experience- Many State Level Managers roles require a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Several State Mission Executives, District and Block roles also require 3 years’ experience while some District roles require 5 years’.

Age relaxation will be allowed cumulatively for Persons with Disabilities from SC/ST/SEBC. Those already employed with OLM have no limit on age as specified in the advertisement.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates have to meet the following criteria-
- Indian Citizens.
- Have passed Odia language in class 8th or class 10th (Odisha language) or have obtained the necessary Odia Test Pass Certificate from the Competent Authority.
- Have obtained the necessary educational qualification and experience as on the closing date of application.
- Those who have been debarred, terminated, dismissed from OLM/Mission Shakti Department due to disciplinary action are not eligible.
- Married candidates have to meet the criteria of having not more than one living spouse, under the exemption criteria.

Application fee can be paid online at the time of registration. Application fee will be refunded to the candidates appearing in the exam.
Selection Process
OLM Recruitment 2026 will be done through the following steps-

Candidates will be called for document verification up to thrice the number of vacancies for each post.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview will not be conducted.
